Jim has served as President and CEO of Vantage Data Centers from its inception in 2010, bringing to bear over two decades of wholesale data center design and operational expertise to this first–ever next–gen data center company. Prior to Vantage, he served as SVP, Portfolio and Technical Operations, with full P&L responsibility, for Digital Realty Trust, a publicly held wholesale data center company. He has held senior C–level positions in the data center vertical at Proferian, CoreSite and TeraSpace Networks. Jim is a Founding member of the private REIT, Security Capital Industrial Trust, an operating subsidiary of Security Capital Group, which later launched an initial public offering to become ProLogis, the world's largest public REIT of industrial facilities globally.

Jim holds a Bachelor of Science, Chemical and Materials Engineering, from the California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Jim currently lives in San Francisco.

Serving as the Executive Chairman, Henry R. Nothhaft is a highly successful entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience in the telecommunications and semiconductor industries and the Internet where he has created high performance organizations that radically changed new markets. Most recently, Hank served as the CEO of Tessera; a semiconductor miniaturization firm, Danger; which was acquired by Microsoft for $500 million, and U.S., Concentric Network, which was later acquired by Nextlink (now XO Communications) for $2.9 billion. His leadership with pioneering startups enabled Telenet Communications and Digital Switch to help revolutionize the telecommunications services industry and provided the foundation for the electronic messaging services and the Internet.

Hank is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and served in Vietnam as a Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps. In addition, he holds an MBA in Information Systems Technology from George Washington University and received the Distinguished Eagle Scout Award. Hank is also the author of the national bestseller Great Again: Revitalizing America's Entrepreneurial Leadership.

As Vice President Finance & Portfolio Management for Vantage Data Centers, Patrick is responsible for financial operations and strategy, including treasury, cash management, financial planning, financial reporting, accounting, tax, investor relations, human resources and risk management. Prior to joining Vantage in 2010, he served as Assistant Controller at Digital Realty Trust, a publicly held wholesale data center company, where he was responsible for global property and corporate accounting, external reporting, technical accounting, global revenue recognition, Sarbanes–Oxley compliance and finance merger and acquisition integration. Prior to that he spent 5 years at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, in its U.S. real estate and technology groups.

Patrick holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Oregon and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

As Senior Vice President for Vantage Data Centers, Jeff directs and manages the Vantage sales and marketing strategy and engineering design processes. Jeff has more than 16 years of IT and business leadership experience. Most recently he was the vice president responsible for Cisco’s services business in the US and Canada. Previously he served as president of NEC Unified Solutions, a $500M provider of information technology hardware, software and solutions serving a variety of industries. Earlier in his career, Jeff led sales at Perot Systems and EDS as well as consulting with Coopers & Lybrand.

Jeff is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and served in a variety of operational assignments around the world.
