Version 2.0 Gives Customers Direct Access to Real-Time Data from Within Their Data Center Environment

The enhanced Customer Portal will provide Vantage customers with direct access to real-time data pertaining to their infrastructure, including granular data on temperature, humidity and power usage. Customers now also have the ability to submit support tickets, view scheduled maintenance and download their monthly invoices through the portal’s easy-to-use dashboard.
